What is the current weight for the KFC OR Salt bag?
Bonus question: Is the current H&S bag still 26 ounces?
Bonus question #2: I presume the current powdered milk and egg bag/box to be 8 ounces. Is that still accurate information?

KFC is Mixing Salt and the Herbs and Spice in 1 Bag in most places NOW.
There was a source UNCONFIRMED at this Time that says the SALTS are heavy infused with Oils and Extracts for Flavor and Aroma combination.
I have made a communication with a Company who makes Aromatic's for ANY item including Foods. They have indicated that NOT ONLY KFC uses Aromatic's infused into the foods BUT Bakeries and Many other Companies especially SOUP companies use extracts for aroma

All of that (plus more) must be Salt. Otherwise there is no way that KFC can taste as salty as it does. Unless the Flour bags are no longer 25 pounds. |

in Canada Flour Bags are 18Lbs 25/18 x 3 Lbs. x 16 Oz./Lb. = 66.67 Ounces of combined H&S plus Salt when scaled up to 25 Lbs. of flour. 66.67 Oz. - 26 Oz. Bag (Old School) = 40.67 Ounces remaining for exclusively Salt That's roughly 15-16 ounces short on the Salt in my book. I still can't see how this is done, this side of most everything sans for Salt being Extracts and Flavor Enhancers within the 3 Lb. bag. |

It's the fineness of the salt. Maximum effect. It is three times smaller than popcorn salt.

it's a present-day value, and this amount was in 1970 manual (page 85):
• 1 Bag seasoning
• 25 Pounds soft wheat flour (A&P Sunnyfield)
• 6 eight ounce cups of fine salt (Popcorn, Baker's) (48 oz)
earlier (16 paged) manual asks for bigger amount of salt (page 5):
• 1 Bag seasoning
• 25 Pounds soft wheat flour (A&P Sunnyfield)
• 3.75 pounds International Sterling Purified Salt (60 oz)
