If I had access to Vegemite or Marmite, and I was going to use it all right away instead of lagering (long term storing) it, I would add Vegemite or Marmite in the place of Bakers Yeast.
For 100 grams: ---------------------- 60 grams crushed chicken bouillon cubes (the oily ones with both MSG and I+G) 20 grams powdered milk 5 grams dried mushroom powder 5 grams Vegemite or Marmite 5 grams onion powder 5 grams garlic powder
Beyond this it may all come down to merely adjusting the respective quantities on the above list up/down whereby to dial things in. That plus using some quantity of pure Lactose Sugar in the place of powdered milk.

I just discovered that Unilever manufactures both Aromat and Marmite.

Pure powdered Lactose (just as for powdered Dextrose, which is pure Corn Sugar) is readily available at any LHBS (local home brew supply/store).
7 grams of pure Lactose sugar delivers roughly the same sweetness as for ~1.5 grams of Table Sugar or ~2.3 grams of Dextrose. If using one of these alternatives I might try making up the difference to 7 grams with Cornstarch.

The point I've tried to make about Aromat is that it might have been a catalyst in the direction CHS took in developing his flavor profile. It was "umami" and might have led to the use of MSG. When CHS expanded and needed supply sources to mix his OR, he couldn't just have these spice companies add Aromat to the mix, legally.
