I salted my scrambled eggs with Aromat instead of table salt this morning. By the time I achieved the salt level I enjoy (which is admittedly a lot) there was way too much Umami overload for my taste buds. This is not a "supersalt" ratio mix by any stretch of the imagination. The MSG and I+G go well beyond supersalt levels for Aromat.

I can't believe the amount of Aromat that was added in the video which was marred by animated black specs.

Seeing that it's difficult and very pricey to purchase Aromat within the USA, might this make for a somewhat Aromat_Like flavor?
For 100 grams: ---------------------- 27 grams powdered milk (for the ~10 grams of lactose sugar it contains) 9 grams dried mushroom powder 9 grams bakers (bread) yeast 55 grams crushed chicken bouillon cubes (the oily ones with both MSG and I+G)
Crush and amalgamate well via a mortar and pestle.

They don't list the country of origin, or the ingredients. There seem to be variants of 'Original' depending upon the location of manufacture. By my understanding (subject to correction) only Swiss and South African mfg'd have all of the original 'Original' goodies. That plus now that I have it, I'd like to attempt cloning it. No fun just buying it.

I'm confused about this discussion. Not sure I see any relevance.

This is the ingredients list for mine: Just saying - it’s where I got mine in case someone else is interested. Was manufactured in South Africa. Same ingredient list as your picture.
