There were many studies of Cinnamon and situations for use and shortage issues of import to Canada. The Canadian economics of Development spent $500,000.00 with University funding to research synthic potentials for cinnamon and or Hybrid Growth.
Why was this a issue is Cinnamon Does NOT Grow in Canada and our supply is relative to Import of the Item. Canada Does Not Typically Grow Cinnamon and Being a Major Grower of Savory.
Canada has Trade Agreement for economic Trade under the Fair Trade Act between Canada and USA, Mexico and other countries for Open Trade with our Canadian Grown Items.
The Savory is NOT under a Regulations and Trade like Wheat on the Futures Market NOR is Cinnamon as a Import Like GRAINS

Volume, Weight, Amount 100% 20, 18,13,11,11,10,6,4,3,3,1 27+22+15+10+8+6+5+3+2+1+1 = 100% We could play this game all day.

Why not include fractions? The game lasts longer if we include them. More degrees of freedom by which to make 11 items sum to 100%.
But how does this relate to Cinnamon?

Any 11 items in any weight quantities whatever will sum to 100% of what has been added.

27+22+15+10+8+6+5+3+2+1+1 = 100%
the Bottom 1 amount volume Value ETC ETC ETC is what you use as a cinnamon relationship to what scale you measure.
it all works out factored to the 100%
