Vial K has some green in other photos on the photographers website, in my opinion. The one held in front of Rogers blue shirt with white buttons, for instance. IMHO, if the plastic vial case is not white/white and the wall (which is most likely a "18% reflective neutral gray card" used as the background, as photos often included them back in pre-digital days when film was involved) is not gray, the photo is way off in color rendition. www.scantips.com/lights/graycard.htmlThe background is a giant gray safe in the photo I am discussing which is on the photographers website.

The background is a giant gray safe. That works! Same, same, but different (as the Chinese might say).

I don't believe that the powers that be would be so stupid as to put whole leaves and buds into the vials to be easily recognized. Dried oregano is always rubbed between the hands.

Not that it likely matters, but by playing with various of the color balancing tools, etc... available within 'GIMP' (the 'GNU Image Manipulation Program') I'm now able to positively inform you that only vials B,D, and I can be coaxed to exhibit green (unless one makes the entire image green), so these three are thereby likely to be Herbs. Which herbs? Who knows... I agree that B,D and I are most likely herbs. My radical vial thought for the day is that Vial E is not a dark spice, but the fourth herb, Savory. If you zoom in and compare Vial E to D you will notice the very same herbaceous texture, only much darker. Some herbs come in very dark shades. Like Basil or - a common suspect - Savory. See both below. If this was correct, it would mean for me that there is only one dark spice, Vial C, and that is Cloves. Cloves and Mace have been replaced by Allspice then, either by the Corp or by later lawsuit driven reductions/amendments. NOTE this is just a very current thought I am sharing.

My Savory is definitely brown and not green.

My savory is not brown. I'd give it beige with a very light green hue. Nowhere close to vial E. And I have a pretty good quality apple monitor for photo work.
And my basil is more green than my savory. McCormick's brand for reference.
