One thing that the purported 1952 recipe makes clear is that low levels of H&S are more likely to get you close to KFC_OR than the high levels we have toyed with recently as spured by the 100 ounce nonsense.
As I made apparent earlier, there is simply no way to cram 100 ounces of H&S into a 26, 32, or 40 ounce H&S bag.

Look Back in Many Post I have printed USE a Veggie Flake that can be obtained at a Bulk Store or as I posted other sources Also Note Tomato Soup Powdered have used Carrot also for Life Time. Personally Our experiments with Veggie Flakes have shown more results with Better with Tomato then Carrot. Please try your test and compare it with or without and or compare it against Tomato. Almost All the powdered soups use MSG Its easy to dehydrate Carrots and even Sun Dried Tomato. or any Veggie This may NOT mean anything BUT CHS was pissed at NEW AGE KFC when they added Carrot to the Coleslaw. Well Documented May NOT mean anything to the Salad Dressing ingredient I Personally add Veggie Flakes into our cooking the added flavor is worth it. I personally have found that OLD Veggie Flake Tins which I have posted many Times also have Cabbage (if you have ever fried cabbage the Aroma is one of the Most aromatic Veggie know)

As a Principle Rule I have found it almost impossible to find Carrot Flakes or dehydrated Carrot by spice makers.
Because its a rooted item very easy to oven dehydrate
Most other Veggie Flakes are more of softer Veggie which they dehydrate which are more rip and Get use out of and cannot sell but chopped over rip dehydrate with no issue.
if your looking at carrot 1/10 of Horseradish compared to 1 Part of carrot has a similar quality BUT VERY LOW horse radish Very low amount. Both are a Rooted Item

This hearkens me back to a recipe I designed at least a year ago but never tried: 200 grams Cake Flour (1-1/2 cups) 3.0 grams White Pepper (1-1/3 TSP) 2.5 grams Black Pepper (1-1/8 TSP) 1 package of Original Good Seasons Italian Dressing Powder with MSG, 0.7 Oz. 1 package of Original Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Powder with MSG, 1 Oz. Plus as an update I would likely add about 1/2 gram of Allspice as well. (~1/4 TSP) It doesn't get more simple than this. I just picked up a pack of Aldi's Good Seasons knock-off. It's called Tuscan Garden Italian Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix. It weighs 0.70 grams just like Good Seasons. And the ingredients list reads identical sans that Good Seasons has Soy Sauce in it and Tuscan Garden does not. The ingredients order is the same also. I already had a package of the Hidden Valley Ranch. Edit: I see that stores are selling dehydrated and powdered Soy Sauce in case anyone is interested.

Took a quick stab at converting this. Rounding has been applied.
19g Good Seasons Italian packet 2g Black Pepper 1g Coriander 0.5g Sage 0.45g Ginger 0.45g Red Pepper Flakes 0.35g Savory ground 0.35g Thyme ground 0.25g Allspice 0.25g Celery Seed 0.25g Clove
Forgetting the Italian Seasoning pack and low pepper. What stands out to me is the amount of coriander. It's one thing I have been thinking about reducing. It doesn't look like a bad base to build one from

IT HAD TO BE DOUBLE DREDGED and then turned out a Darker Color
I will use it as a WING special Ranch seasoned Chicken Wing
we are having a issue uploading Photos from our new Camera Program otherwise I would have shown the Photos
