I will Always Say this Comment the method of Measurement is a Total amount
Claudia aka Ledington as a example
Total Combined is either
Tablespoon Amounts 4 Tbsp Paprika 6.8grams 0.24 Ounces 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder 14.4 Grams 0.51 Ounces 1 Tbsp Celery salt 14.4 Grams 0.51 Ounces 1 Tbsp Ginger powder 15 Grams 0.53 Ounces 1 Tbsp Mustard powder 6.0 Grams 0.21 Ounces ½ Tbsp Basil 3.0 Grams 0.11 Ounces ½ Tbsp Oregano 1.8 Grams 0.06 Ounces ½ Tbsp Thyme 3.0 Grams 0.11 Ounces
teaspoon Amounts 4 tsp Paprika 2.27grams 0.08 Ounces 2 tsp Garlic Powder 4.8 Grams 0.17 Ounces 1 tsp Celery salt 4.8 Grams 0,17 Ounces 1 tsp Ginger powder 5.0 Grams 0.18 Ounces 1 tsp Mustard powder 2.0 Grams 0.07 Ounces ½ tsp Basil 1.0 Grams 0.04 Ounces ½ tsp Oregano 0.6 Grams 0.02 Ounces ½ tsp Thyme 1.0 Grams 0.04 Ounces
Either still add up to 10.5 Table or Teaspoon Measurements
THE DIFFERENCE IS WHAT PRECENTAGE DO YOU MIX TO FLOUR
3 teaspoon or 1 Tablespoon are the Same amount BUT 100g or 400g of Flour are sure different in a % break down in the end.
CHS said in 25 Different Restaurant Conferences YOU SEASON THE FOOD TO YOUR TASTE OR TASTE DESIRED same as Salt and Pepper as a finishing item on the Table
when one mixed the Claudia Mix it could be mix by teaspoon or By Truck load and the taste after mixes should be the same END RESULT.
It's JUST everyone who started out making the recipe all jumped off a CLIFF and said its wrong its wrong
then people mixed it to % value and added MSG and said WTF its closer to the KFC ? ? ?
I don't care what recipe you OVERSEASON or UNDERSEASON it will be wrong

The point is. I think when the measures are set right in the Ledington recipe. The Eula and Ledignton as posted around are the SAME recipe, weights and all. Ledington included White Pepper in place of some of the black pepper. Someone likely added MSG to Eula's later.
Were both created by the same person/people company. As given to the masses?
Ledington copied Eula's?
Could Ledington's been a first revision of Eula's original recipe. Not what ends up being THE recipe. But one version beyond Eula's the start of the use of White Pepper?

Just so the order matches to the first post Eula recipe.
Ledington's:
2 Cups Flour 2/3 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Thyme 1/2 teaspoon Basil 1/2 teaspoon Oregano 1 teaspoon Ginger 1 teaspoon Black pepper 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt 1 tablespoon Celery Salt 1 tablespoon White Pepper 1 tablespoon Dried Mustard 4 tablespoons Paprika MSG - maybe 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons
Consider lowering paprika and increasing salt (instead of 2/3 teaspoon use 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons dependent on actual flour weight)

I have seen Multiple Versions Label the Eula and some had little different Ingredients ?
I can say who cares which came first the Chicken or the Egg they both taste Great cooked.
I have had 100 People send me the Eula recipe and WHEN I ASK the same question what do you think about it how was it they all say they did not try it ?
We have mixed it MANY MANY times and different recipe and it packs a Aroma either recipe. It ranks as 1 of the most aromatic spice combinations we have mixed.

Drop the first batch Down and cut the Paprika BACK.
if you use a mild Paprika YOU will only color the Flour and NOT get a over powering Taste if you use a Spice Paprika
you will do a light footed trot to the Bathroom
so if the spice is to Spicy cut it in 1/2 and add to seasoning preference
TEST it ON EGGS AND PASTA
everyone thinks they need to test it on Chicken and EAT a 5Lbs chicken in testing
you can take 1 egg scramble it divide it into 4 scrambled in the frying pan and Add 4 different seasoning and its a simple smaller test then 2 to 4 oz of chicken
same principle works with Pasta - we have pre cooked pasta thats soaked in cold water after cooked and refrigerated Does NOT stick together and can be pulled from the fridge and sprinkled with seasoning in fork full volume and test different spices in a hurry NOT waiting 12 minutes and cooking ton of chicken

I had a recipe I posted all lined up for my cook this week. Really based on my last successful one in an attempt to remove the mixed seasoning I used.
Should I go off script and try this one? The Eula/Ledington

My suggestion is Mix the Eula and Bottle it
test it
Make your Version and bottle it
if you want to simplify a test take a chicken breast or even a chicken thigh season one with your spice and one with Eula mix a little flour into the mix dredge them and either Air Fry pan fry toaster oven easy bake oven IT DOES NOT AWAY have to be Deep fried
you will get a seasoned chicken for a simple test and less headache then Deep frying
even Test your spice in a Hamburger its ALL season CHS said his spice works on Chicken Beef Pork and much more

The 18 ounces of Mild Paprika may actually be 18 ounces of powdered Milk and Egg (+) mixture. We can tell that the milk and egg carton/bag weighs 18 ounces simply by looking at pictures.
