Pepper White
Pepper Black
Paprika
Garlic
Onions
Ginger

Running total if there were no blends. Salt - 1 MSG -2 White pepper - 3 Black pepper - 4 Garlic - 5 (listed on packaging) 6 spots left If you believe paprika as listed on the takeout box Paprika - 6 5 spots left Ginger - 7 Settle's plus rumor he mentioned they stopped using Jamaican Ginger 4 spots left Celery - 8 Listed allergen Mustard -9 Listed allergen 2 spots left His Momma told him Sage and Savory make good chicken?! round it out with these 2?
Or what about the Allspice/cloves/anise etc?
2 highly coveted spots left and so many possibilities. Someone will be disappointed. LOL

Now we have to get at least 1x10g 1x20g 1x13g ingredient. Such that adding 10 ingredients together gets us to 87g
Starting with Salt as the heaviest ingredient. If we assume 1lb flour around 3.5 cups is the set flour amount.
Best guess @ salt ?
55g salt (12% of 454g rounded up) 20g ingredient 13g ingredient 10g ingredient 2g left for everything else
or if based on 400g of flour which may make more sense
48g salt (12% of 400g)
20g ingredient
13g ingredient
10g ingredient
9g left for everything else

The reason why I don't believe the Vials photo anyomre
There are 4 yellow spices:
White Pepper - Ginger - Garlic - Mustard
And only two yellow vials.
I am pretty sure 3 of the 4 spices above at least are in the recipe.

KFC fails to answer the Simple Question when they have been asked.
DOES THE VIALS CONTAIN THE EXACT SAME INGREDIENT'S SPICE AND HERBS as the So called Hand written note which contains the 11 Secret Spices and Herbs
Why did KFC NEW AGE change it from: 11 Spices & Herbs to 11 Herbs & Spices
