The ingredients inside the 40 ounce bag are listed in this order: 1) Herbs & Spices (which would logically include B&W Pepper + "other H&S") 2) MSG 3) Salt 4) Garlic Powder (from this it appears that Garlic Powder may not be counted among the H&S)

When scaled to 200 grams of Flour + 24 grams of 'additional' Salt it looks something like this:
6.5 grams MSG 4.5 grams Salt / 3.5 grams White Pepper \ \ 2.0 grams Black Pepper / 3.0 grams "All other H$S) 0.50 grams Garlic Powder
Total = 20 grams

It just has to be listed on the packaging.

The primary significance of this at first glance is that this pins down the weight of Garlic Powder to within a very narrow range for the very first time. Leaving only the remaining H&S to be identified and then weight classified.
The secondary significance is that it explains why Salt must be separated into H&S bag Salt plus 3 Lb. (48 ounce) Salt box/bag.
Salt in the H&S bag would have served the purpose of both providing Garlic and providing a level of preservation against things such as bug infestation.

When scaled to 200 grams of Flour + 24 grams of 'additional' Salt it looks something like this: 6.5 grams MSG 4.5 grams Salt / 3.5 grams White Pepper \ \ 2.0 grams Black Pepper / 3.0 grams "All other H$S) 0.50 grams Garlic Powder Total = 20 grams I do agree that the H&S sans pepper is in the range of 2.7 to 3g. I fancy more even numbers for MSG and Pepper. If I'm packing up MSG into 40oz bags I'd much rather be using 12 or 16oz. I think the MSG came in 100lb barrels so a bit easier to work with 3/4 or 1lb increments rather than 13oz. Not that it couldn't be done. Practicality makes me think not.

I think that if this perspective is correct then the Garlic Powder to be added to 200 grams of flour is likely no less than 0.40 grams and no more than 0.60 grams. This radically alters my previous assessment that Garlic must be the least ingredient.

This radically alters my previous assessment that Garlic must be the least ingredient. I was thinking no less than 0.3g so once again we are real close on a low end number
