200 grams Cake Flour 30 grams Baker's Salt --------------------------- 7.5 grams MSG 6.25 grams Mixed Peppercorns, Black, White, Red, Green (mixed grinds) 2.25 grams Ginger [1] 2.25 grams Celery Seed [2] 1.25 grams Coriander [3] 0.33 grams Tabasco Pepper (50K Scoville) [4] 0.17 grams Star-Anise [5]

You should Lump the Tabasco Pepper with all other Peppers and Add 1 more Ingredient into the #4 spot You will Gain More Flavor with the Addition Ingredient to NOT offset but compliment the Pepper

1.25 grams of Allspice is the Eugenol equivalent of 0.25 grams of Clove, but Allspice imparts flavors said to be similar to Clove, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, and possibly Mace. Plus some additionally claim a bit of pepperiness for Allspice.
So the pepper sources are: -------------------------- Black Pepper White Pepper Savory Ginger Allspice

Winter Savory (if you can find it) will purportedly impart an even greater peppery bite than for Summer Savory.
