Major breakthrough? I've finally discovered how to comply both with having only 5 H&S ingredients beyond B&W Pepper, and having 11 H&S (at the same time):

If CHS was allowed to hide certain of his H&S under the banner of 'Vegetables', and potentially more of them under the generic banner of 'Red Pepper', then why can't the rest of us simply do likewise? See immediately above.

Silver and Others
The law, Legislation, Regulations, F.D.A. and C.F.I.A.
Both have loose laws for Labeling Spices & Herbs for items that are used within Restaurant's internal Franchise Use Kitchen Use. IT IS NOT A RETAIL STORE FRONT ITEM.
The Laws, Legislation, Regulations, F.D.A. and C.F.I.A. Have different regulations for Retail sale's that Marion Kay and Graces Perfect Blend have to follow.
Grace's Perfect Blend has NOT been able to secure Licensing to sell in Canada But has U.S.A. Sale rights like Marion Kay.
The law is Very Precise KFC BY law could list the Following and be Legal: Salt, M.S.G. Herbs, Spices, Celery, Mustard, Garlic, Onion, Onion, coloring Turmeric.
They ONLY List Garlic, Onions as a convince Preference listing for People ... Salt, M.S.G., Celery, Mustard, coloring are Mandatory Listing items NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pepper White, Black, and 99% of all spices and Herbs are considered SAFE and Do Not need individual listing IF THEY CHOOSE NOT TO LIST IT
So basically besides the MUST listed items they could use the WORDS Spices and Herbs

Celery and Mustard were on the OLDEST known Tray liner list as Allergens when Brown and Massey Owned the Company

When Brown and Massey Purchased the Company they Originally Followed the Original K.F.C. Recipe
Did C.H.S. use Mustard, Celery, Garlic, Onion?
It was Listed Mustard, Celery On Original Tray Liners, Garlic and Onion Back in the Day DID NOT have to be Label BUT the Bags said Vegetable
