It might be worth mentioning that I currently use a mix of flour (75%) and corn starch (25%). And I fully grind all my spices. No cracked pepper. I never had bigger chunks of pepper on KFC chicken. I use whole spices and rubbed herbs. Organic quality.

The Mexican Oregano smells more mild and aromatic than the Mediterranean version, which I would call harsh smelling by comparison.
That said, many independent web sources claim that the Mexican variety is more harsh tasting.
This seems confusing to me.

A heads-up: It costs about 2-1/2 times more if purchased through Walmart than if purchased through Amazon.

can't wait for you review of what you think about the product compared to run of the mill brands.
There are some ingredients that are unmatched compared to others and un replaceable in MY MIND for HOME cooking where lower volume use is required and Staff don't steal the product. I always go with the Ones that are Better and don't worry about cost, LOL

what's your view comparing it to other similar oregano you have a side by side Taste test ?
