Assuming that 'Ts' means teaspoons, has anyone attempted to convert the Ledington recipe into grams?

Some of the above came from the posted conversion chart folks use. I weighed some of my own spices and also used McCormick's nutrition labels. Garlic Salt and Celery salt have the most deviation between brands and conversion charts/sites

Wow, 40 grams seems like a lot for 260 grams (2 cups) of flour. I tried this recipe back in 2016-2017, and likely used tablespoons, as guided by the Chicago Tribune. It made awful chicken that was seriously dark. Teaspoons should be mild compared to tablespoons. I can't imagine how the Chicago Tribune stated that after sprinkling on some MSG this recipe proved to be a dead ringer for KFC.

Exactly why I've maintained for a long while the T's are not Tablespoons. Much, much closer in Teaspoons. But still it's off. I worked the ratio's down to a 200g recipe at one point as well.
White Pepper becomes 6g Black Pepper 1.75g Thyme 0.60g Basil 0.60g Oregano/sage 0.4g
So within it there are some interesting numbers that appear. For example Glen's sources had Thyme, Sage, Marjoram. If for a second you treat Oregano as a variety more in line with a sage flavor profile. That fits. Maybe there is a value or 2 for spices that are part of the OR. The recipe could have been him messing around with an alternate product.
My best recipe "kitchen sink" had double the marjoram I normally set as well as my highest level of thyme. Maybe 0.6g of thyme would be a good place for me to go.
0.6g thyme 0.4g sage 0.3g marjoram
Should note I convert thyme to dried thyme. Not ground.

I need EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND THIS
I CAN TELL YOU THIS CHS in CANADA said the SALT & PEPPER are measured with Tablespoons ALL other spices with a Teaspoon
The spice Tins from 1930 has a Opening which only would allow a Teaspoon into the container and the flip lid while removing the teaspoon from the spice Tin leveled the spice to 1 Teaspoon
I have told EVERYONE WHO wants to listed the Claudia recipe aka Ledington recipe does work and it also shows that the % amount of Spice to 100gram of Flour needs to be higher Then what your math shows for a 26 Oz Bag to flour ratio
I have repeated this for YEARS.
Listen to what CHS said he USED lots of Seasoning in the Flour for the Flavor

The spirit of Ledingtons, converted to grams, modified for Salt and MSG, and scaled to 200 grams of cake flour. As stated by deepfriednew101 it might be made to work. 200 g. Cake Flour 27.0g. Salt 10.0g. MSG 6.46g. Paprika 5.20g. White Pepper 2.54g. Mustard Seed 1.75g. Black Pepper 1.38g. Ground Ginger 0.96g. Celery Seed 0.81g. Garlic Powder 0.54g. Thyme 0.54g. Basil 0.38g. Oregano Certainly this would have to turn out much better than the monster the Chicago Tribune created by presuming Ts to be Tablespoons.
