I will be using these criteria to compare different recipes results against KFC, each will have one of four possible outcomes:
A: Spot on, just like KFC B: Close, in a KFC way C: Should be improved, Not close D: Terrible
Aroma: -During cooking -By serving
Coating: -Colour -Specks -Adhesion
Taste: -Peppers -Herbs tone like KFC -Spices tone like KFC

Thoughts on DTXP 801
Aroma During cooking: C Compared to modern KFC Aroma it is definitely close, any lass or choom will think there is a KFC outlet somewhere here. Compared to old time KFC, it was not even close, Edgerunners will ask themselves what the hell I was cooking. By serving: CWhen I enter a room that has a bag of KFC Original recipe somewhere, even today, I will detect its Aroma at once, not the case here I have to say. Coating Colour: AI don't think I could do better here Specks BLooks great, better than many time I had KFC, but not better than the best times. Adhesion: BI was going to give it A here, but there are still things I want to try later. Taste Peppers: CThe Pepper I used today was absolutely amazing when I ground it, its essence filled the kitchen, while coating the pieces I was sure it will taste just like KFC, but alas, I detected nothing of it, I used only 3 tsp this time, that may have contributed to the severe lack of KFC special pepper taste, but I am sure this is not the only reason, I can enhance the Pepper taste when I undercook the chicken, but thats not how I want to solve it. Herbs tone like KFC: CI know exactly how KFC herbs taste like, this is not close, full stop. Spices tone like KFC: BIn a way, it was somewhat close, in 2 or 3 bites I got KFC spiciness, but I was not able to bring Nutmeg to its right place as I remember it, although I used freshly grated Nutmeg, I liked the Turmeric Onion combination, I realy enjoyed it, remain to be developed. Overall 1A 3B 4C 0D
