Here is One of the Info From our Spice Company Data Sheet which Indicated this with the Batch No. and Region it was Picked From and Packaged
Whole Mexican Oregano leaves Scientific Name Lippia graveolens
As a side Note I Typically rely on the Companies who i order from and Specify Organic and Pure when Ordering and or I request Hand Picked Item Also as my First choice.

To me Lippia graveolens tastes like a blend of Cilantro leaves and common Mediterranean Oregano. Common Sage has none of these flavors. deepfriednew101, are you willing to openly state unambiguously that KFC OR has Lippia graveolens as one of the 11?

My radical thought(s) for the day:
1) When scaled to 200 grams of flour, 4 grams of Sweet Basil will deliver nominally about as much Eugenol as would 0.19 grams of Clove or 0.95 grams of Allspice.
2) When likewise scaled, perhaps 4 grams of Tarragon 'may' nominally deliver the Licorice equivalent of about 0.50 grams of Anise seed, or 0.125 grams of Star Anise. With strong emphasis upon 'may'.
3) The consideration of a 56 ounce 'bag' equivalence opens the door to adding both of these at such high levels.

Or, simply due to no Allspice or Clove, and upon reflection, it will likely (IMHO) work much better like this:
200 grams Flour 24 grams Salt -------------------------- 4.50 grams MSG 4.00 grams Salt 3.00 grams White Pepper [1] 3.00 grams Black Pepper (Medium Coarse) [2] 4.00 grams Sweet Basil [3] 4.00 grams French Tarragon [4] 1.25 grams Sage [5] 1.25 grams Coriander [6] 1.25 grams Ginger [7] 1.25 grams Colman’s Mustard Powder [8] 0.25 grams Nutmeg [9] 0.125 grams Mace [10] 0.125 grams Cinnamon [11]
Sum below the dashed line = 28 grams
56 Ounce 'Bag' compliance

My radical thought for the day:
It's now 84 years since CHS finalized his recipe. A recipe which was never patent protected. Any statutes of limitation would be long expired by now. There should be no fear in cloning that which never had legal protection to begin with. Only catch phrase type slogan trademarks are extant, and to be steered clear of. The recipe itself is not protected. Anyone stringing us along as to being in possession of that which can not be legally defended as if it had been patented is a fraud.
