I Do Not think it will cover the Licorice of Anise Seed
Personal Opinion its hard to replace Anise Seed which has a Flavor burst I Do Not think any other spice contains

All that remains is to perfect their relative ideal quantities with respect to 200 grams of flour. |

I have Always suggested this DO A SPLIT cook
use your Base Recipe and then with 1/2 of the seasoning add 1 other item and cook a few pieces of chicken to compare the cook ?
add some Caraway into 50% of your spice and see what you think ?
