I obtain it from Butcher Supply Houses and Spice Wholesales
Do you have a Butcher Supply location or Hunting Supply Location you can also ask local Butcher shops for small amounts.
Also If you cannot find it Soup Mixes Almost all contain it
Knorr Cream Powder Soups and Lipton Soup Mixes (I have always said this is the reason why Gloria P suggested it)
DO NOT be afraid of using a Soup Mix or a Chicken Powder

If you cannot find any Item in Canada or the USA. I have lists of who has items since Covid we have had to make lists of who has Items.
I source Major suppliers anywhere. Wholesale, Restaurant Supply, Specialty Supply, Baker Supply, Butcher Supply,
In many ways since covid some items have had to be used by using alternative items which Have the items as a base or majority item in the Package.
In Canada, Sysco, Gordon, are Major wholesale who supply restaurant's they have trucks delivering weekly and special shipments daily. There are also Cash and Carry outlets which have many items and the Asian Markets have more supplies then many Major Grocery outlets BIG BOX STORES.

I waited a couple days and rewarmed the last couple drumsticks tonight. As of now, I don't think Chili Powder should be there or at least the brand that I used (McCormick). I'm pretty sure I was getting an after taste from it on the leftovers. I think for now I will revert back to Cayenne Pepper.
I know Deepfriednew101 you had mentioned a blend of Red Pepper and Cayenne. Which could well be it. But for now I think I will settle on going back to Cayenne.
Hopefully I can get on to my Allspice/Nutmeg/Cloves/Cinnamon experiments before the weekend.

As promised my take on the results from my latest cook as posted above: Taste: I am coming around to the fact we need more H&S. Across the board the flavor profile needs to pop more. I get the 26 oz bag but they have to be adding concentrated flavoring. Perhaps before the 26 ounce bag there was a 40 ounce bag, and then a 32 ounce bag: Images copied from a link provided by Ken on the other KFC forum.

I tried enhancing the 40 ounce bag image a bit:
