I'm of the opinion/desire that a few of us should cook Recipe #16 as seen above and provide valued feedback (negative or positive).
NOTE: I don't brine or marinade, so feel free to lower the Salt a bit if you do. Perhaps to around 27 grams for the case of brining or marinating. But I would suggest that for no brining or marinade it should not be reduced below 28 grams.

My proposed Recipe #16 with Nutmeg and Savory. Essentially it has Nutmeg instead of rank tasting Mace, and Savory instead of Thyme. Plus I've dropped the Fennel Seed, reduced the B&W Peppers, greatly reduced the Coriander Seed, eliminated the Celery Seed, and added a pinch of Cayenne Pepper. It all fits within a profile of 11 H&S now.

It could be that some combination of Coriander and either Nutmeg or Mace is the secret to the note. Lumpy may have been correct in surmising that the ingredient which CHS tossed into his recipe for the fateful boating club meeting was Coriander. Getting the weight of it right (in lock-step conjunction with determining the right weight for either Nutmeg or Mace) may prove to be the key to unlocking the note.

Coriander is a Spice or Herb
CHS added a ELEMENT (MSG) into the Cumberland Lake chicken test for 500 Pieces of chicken.
READ OLD Advertisements FOR Ac'cent THEY PRINTED this ELEMENT will change your Flavor of food ? ? ?
CHS never used the word Element in ANY ANY other story for cooking it was always Spice and Herb or condiment's

Getting the weight of it right (in lock-step conjunction with determining the right weight for either Nutmeg or Mace) may prove to be the key to unlocking the note. Alternately, the ingredient added on that fateful day of cooking 500 pieces of fried chicken for the boating club may have been either Nutmeg or Mace. That said, I'm presently working upon the assumption that the note may present itself as some synergistic weight/ratio combination of Coriander Seed in conjunction with either Nutmeg or Mace. MSG does not deliver the note. Beneficial as it is, it simply could not have been the eye opener.

I will have to try some mace at some point. But Nutmeg is helping so far with the note. I am a big believer so does the right amount of ginger, combined with the right pepper. Coriander I'm on the fence on. So far the one time I didn't use it, I didn't miss it. Silver is garlic for you out?

You garlic denying brineless air fryer! How dare you. You've inspired me. I'm going to give garlic another shot. My plan is to whip this up and have it melding before the day is over. Is this too much garlic?
