You garlic denying brineless air fryer! How dare you. You've inspired me. I'm going to give garlic another shot. My plan is to whip this up and have it melding before the day is over. Is this too much garlic? Way too much for me.
I probably would be 1/10th of that. But I think 1g into 200g would be my upper limit
Are you air frying this batch?

flg, 6 grams of Garlic Salt is about 0.66 grams of Garlic Powder. Nominal Garlic Salt (at least for McCormick) is 89% Salt and 11% Garlic.

OTOH Walmart's 'Great Value' Garlic Salt is 20% by weight Garlic. Almost twice the garlic of McCormick's. Therefore, due to Garlic Salt's inconsistency of garlic content across brands:

Is this too much garlic? I feel honoured Well I don't know how much actual garlic is in your Garlic Salt...? I am always between .25 - .50 grams of garlic powder per 100 grams of flour. Plus Garlic in the brine to penetrate the meat thoroughly.

Garlic adds to NOT only the Aroma but the Note flavor.
Try Frying Garlic in a shallow Pan and see the Aroma it produces also deep fried it has its own Flavor that very few items can give. outside the Vegetable Grouping.
Garlic and Onion are the 2 Largest use Individual(s) items used in Spice Blends world wide. Also used as a extract in almost every Salad Dressing Liquid and BBQ Sause.
CHS used Garlic extract in his Old recipes. or fresh Garlic or onion

Getting rid of the need for Coriander to provide for a bit of citrus (since Mexican Oregano covers that) permits the introduction of Celery Seed and it's amazing flavor, while maintaining 11 H&S.
