Allow me to state quite emphatically that Clove, Nutmeg, and Mace works in the place of Allspice, and works better.

Dill weed is more fragrant than dill seed. But as for cooking, weed diminishes and seed changes into a more licorice flavor, but somewhat more bitter. The need for sugar?

It was Jamaican Pimento ORIGINALLY New AGE engineers as C.H.S. references tried to BLEND 3 items to make there own Allspice Pimento BLEND That's when C.H.S. Not only Flipped over the Jamaican Ginger change they also changed the Jamaican Pimento trying to make there own Blend from USA grown items similar to Jamaican Pimento making there own Allspice IT DID NOT work I am 100% on team Allspice. However, just as with all other ingredients, you are contradicting yourself again. Yes, you have been saying Allspice was an OR item and how important it was. However, you also said it was merely a shortage or replacement item that was introduced at a much later point: "Keep in Mind this Bill S and CHS had a situation when Cinnamon was IN short supply and KFC corporation Had to adjust the KFC new age formula to use ALLSPICE ?WELL DOCUMENTED by Bill S and Marion K, also was a issue for Claudia and she commented CHS new how to fix the problem and ALLSPICE appeared" (May 2, 2022 at 11:33am)"Allspice was used more with Brown / Massey as a incerted spice when other spices were hard to obtain and shortages were a situation" (Sep 28, 2021 at 6:13pm)"Allspice also was used to replace Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg" (Aug 4, 2021 at 4:52pm) "The Glen Recipe was a Recipe which KFC was using when there was a Cinnamon shortage and allspice was used to offset Cinnamon shortage." Stories, stories, fabrications and lies. The thing is they get caught every time. Yet continue to get told. It's like when he claimed translation of the bag. I challenged him as I could find Turmeric, Sage etc in the Arabic. Fast forward East Frisian has the bag translated by a qualified person. And no comment from him. Now in 3-5 months or more from now. This will be the list he uses to create yet another random post about his seasoning bags. A classic move.
And, if and I mean if he has documentation. Or a photo of the use of a 10lb bag of flour for the old 26g bags of seasoning. There is absolutely no legal reason or moral reason he can't post. Well it helps with overall ratios, it doesn't expose the 11 H&S in anyway.

East Frisian Allspice of Non Jamaican Pimento source was Being used BY NEW AGE K.F.C. and they were also Using Local USA obtained Ginger NOT Jamaican Ginger
Clove, Nutmeg, and Mace works in the place of Allspice, was a comment posed above YES it replace the Jamaican Pimento BUT C.H.S. also said that Marion Kay spices were more pure than the NEW AGE engineers who were Mixing one two and three spices to make one Spices
USE Jamaican Pimento in Larger Grind form and see what results You Get
also Blend and Mix Black Pepper and Jamaican Pimento and let it sit for a Few Days in a sealed Glass Jar and taste it

In fairness ChatGPT said there were misspelled words for which it had to make guesses. It guessed Radish. Might it have been Relish? I don't know. But I would assuredly choose adding a Nut Relish over adding Radishes.

While interesting enough both don't end up being the same. However, neither interpreters found relish.
