Sage. The absolute king of the recipe in terms of herbs. Rosemary. I think of it as a booster to the sage. It is absolutely apart of the recipe. Marjoram. Second most important to sage, it is like a cousin of sage, blends beautifully with the sage. Really takes the savouriness to next level combined with the sage. Oregano. Again, it is like a booster to the marjoram like rosemary is to sage. Basil. Not much to say except it has the O.R written all over it. Thyme. Gives a nice contrast and sharpness to those other ones.
Not that this means anything at all, but i thought it was funny when getting an O.R drumstick the girl serving was literally named "rosemary"
Try adding all these in the correct amounts to your recipe, and tell me i am wrong. Then we can discuss the rest further. Baby steps for you..

The Only thing I will say is Tarragon used NOT Marjoram For clarity, Tarragon is in and Marjoram is out. Correct?
If that's so, then the licorice component may come from Tarragon, when at about 2 grams Tarragon to 200 grams Flour.

I have stated Many times that the 1966 Court case which is between Famous Brand Chicken and Kentucky Fried Chicken, In the Court case indicated Tarragon was used in More than the Coleslaw. Now Unfortunately Others see it other ways that it ONLY implies the Side Dishes or Tarragon Vinegar. In either event
Tarragon Has a more distinctive Flavor and Aroma. In Chicken and Side Dishes.
The other items List Have been Discussed and Shown in other Youtube videos In Australia regarding 4 potential Items
Basil was listed in KFC as a Ingredient in the 1970's Canada

The court case where it was published that Famous Brand were not allowed to use tarragon in their coleslaw. But you have court documents that say it also included chicken. That you won't show to prove your point. But "we" can bug some poor court clerk, pay a small fee and have them photocopy for us.
Now I remember this broken record part

Marjoram is 100% in. Never ever taking it out. If you forced me to only have either tarragon/marjoram, i'd choose marjoram Tarragon is a beautiful herb. My good quality France origin stuff is divine. Smells like vanilla, anise, just amazing. Still considering tarragon. I have this grinder on the way, it cost me $400 total. www.waringcommercialproducts.com/p/173j1/commercial-heavy-duty-electric-spice-grinderWhy did i spend so much? because you need a quality, powerful grinder that CUTS not MANGLES the herbs/spices. When the grinder is weak it mangles the herbs/spices and destroys the terpenes. I will have 3 cups, so will dedicate 1 to herbs, 1 to peppers, 1 to spices. Going to make it so much easier not having to clean as much.
