... I have this grinder on the way, it cost me $400 total. www.waringcommercialproducts.com/p/173j1/commercial-heavy-duty-electric-spice-grinderWhy did i spend so much? because you need a quality, powerful grinder that CUTS not MANGLES the herbs/spices. When the grinder is weak it mangles the herbs/spices and destroys the terpenes. I will have 3 cups, so will dedicate 1 to herbs, 1 to peppers, 1 to spices. Going to make it so much easier not having to clean as much.... Show proof of purchase. The receipt.

Oh ya. The court case where it was published that Famous Brand were not allowed to use tarragon in their coleslaw. But you have court documents that say it also included chicken. That you won't show to prove your point. But "we" can bug some poor court clerk, pay a small fee and have them photocopy for us. I think the estimate was about $1,000 to $1,500 to get copies of the court documents (or find out they don't exist). On a fixed income that's out of my range of sensible expenditures.

Your words..."Once you show proof of your nigella seeds, i asked first." Put up or shut up. Can't take good screenshot of the receipt, i'll just post a picture of the whole grinder when i receive it. You are insane if you think i lied about purchasing a grinder. I've been doing this for 7 years lol. I've spent over $1.5k on herbs/spices.

You love chasing rainbows if you spend that kinda dough reproducing the current KFC. Fortunately I/we want to reproduce the real Kentucky Fried Chicken of old.

Or maybe i take this more seriously than you, and understand that herbs/spices with strong aroma = better flavour, and stronger cooking note. Why would i continue to use a bunk grinder that mangles my herbs/spices and causes weak aroma from them after grinding? I did used to have a cheap grinder that actually grinded them quite well, but didn't have removable bowls, was hassle to clean, and lid broke. I paid $70 for the removeable cup type, but it is absolute useless garbage. You should be sniffing all your herbs/spices to check if aroma is strong. Weak aroma = weak cooking aroma and flavour.
