Guys, i lied about the nigella seed. I totally did not detect over 20 times by picking tiny black specs off the modern o.r and confirming by taste they are 100% nigella seeds. How would you even detect the taste of nigella seed by tasting a tiny spec by getting it positioned perfectly in between your teeth and crunching on it and getting an explosion of nigella taste right as i crunched down on it. I lied. there is no nigella seeds.

Bump:
Nigella seed is used in the recipe at my local store. I got the American bag to see if it also contained it and it doesn't, and is rubbish. Smells like Muntok/lemon and similar to 99x, but only by the way the pepper smells. The American bag almost smells like they've sprayed the mix with lemon juice.
Now before you think i am lying, think about this, i kept this a secret for over 1 YEAR! i finally reveal it, and people say i am lying?
I am willing to send a piece of the coating off the chicken from my local store to anyone who wants to confirm by microscope/ lab.
Then what will you say when it is confirmed?

There are likely regional to national differences within the 'secret' ingredients of KFC OR. And likely there are multiple paths to the same end goal, with but small perceptual differences.

Other Countries have Modified Ingredients IN NEW AGE KFC
NEW AGE KFC says its ALL the same BUT in To many real life test and smelling the seasoning in Different countries Franchise Owners said it is NOT the same between some Overseas area's
In Jamaican Store the Seasoning Bags are Way more Aromatic than any other Country.

You Have a similar Base of seasoning as USA uses NOT the Asian rim seasoning overseas.
You should also Have Pat's Grace's Seasoned Flour NOT sure How expensive it is there BUT High cost for Canada, ordered out of the USA. Canada Has NOT got Distribution of Grace's Perfect Blend as of End 2023
I have been Information that there is a Company in Australia who is Going to sell a KFC Seasoning ONLY similar to what 99x Markets BUT they are anticipating a Start of Sales May of 2024. Time will tell How that goes ?
