So NOW you want to Bring in The Colonel's Lady which is different Then Marion kay or Pat's Fried Chicken.
C.H.S. was the Original Inventor of the Colonel Fried Chicken and Had a EXCUSIVE Ability outside of THE KFC retained Canada UK, Montana, Florida, Utah.
The Colonel Lady Had 100% Original Recipe Chicken First and That's why KFC NEW AGE sue C.H.S. which C.H.S. counter sue KFC NEW AGE
NOW you are bringing in Claudia S mix and the difference with 99-x Again 2 different items and 100% different then Marion Kay selling to KFC FRANCHISES
John Brown and C.H.S. agreed to Stop making the Original Fried Chicken and at the Colonel's lady and change the recipe to Less ingredients PLUS change the NAME to Claudia Sander Dinner House. Settlement with C.H.S. and KFC NEW AGE also agree NOT to Franchise the Colonel Lady
It's in the Court Paper work when KFC NEW AGE started proceeding against C.H.S. It's a Interesting Court Case to Read on How C.H.S. defended the change of the Recipe ? You should Go Purchase Copies of the Court Case and Read it.

kfc.boards.net/post/12334/threadSo now the twist is ALL OTHER BUSINESS competitors. Means selling cooked fried chicken? However, in the context of that part of the thread multiple times 99x comes up. YOU do see why people react the way they do to your comments. Right?

CHS said he started out with only Flour, Salt, and Pepper, and then he started adding spices his family liked. Who could imagine that he started out by juggling 11 H&S right out of the starting blocks as we illogically attempt to do. It's hard enough juggling 5.

You will learn immensely more as to the nature of each spices contribution by starting with fewer spices. There are so many benefits to starting with less H&S rather than more that it would make someone bashing this approach and insisting on 15 or 16 (let alone 11) seem as if being a corporate plant attempting to steer all of us off coarse intentionally.

I will agree with the principle YES starting with lower is a typical great Move.
BUT when you look at what YouTube reviews
TC32 TC 34 OFF NOT close Dustin's close to a KFC NEW AGE 99x weak Grace's expensive BUT has similar to 99x and KFC NEW AGE Todd W was good but also weak Tommy on TV show was Similar and many liked it more then KFC
Those ALL Give general Hints to some similarity.
BUT all missing the higher aroma and Depth of taste

If you want to learn what spices contribute you should also practice on regular cooking like if you are cooking a steak or something, or chicken tacos etc. I've learnt so much by playing around with the spices/herbs this way, and it also saves me alot of time doing the whole fried chicken process. I believe Sanders had a very good understanding of spices/herbs just through regular cooking. He then applied that knowledge when he was experimenting with the chicken recipe.

I have suggested Egg and Pasta 100 times the 2 simplest items that carry spice Better then any other items
rice also works
Potato Chips are a Deep Fried item which Chip makers have seasoned for Trillions of Dollars also
