The old members of TCK studied several pictures of the museum, but honestly, I never could make much out of them. If there is a clear photo(s) of the items on the shelves, I'd like to see it(them). If photos were planned and organized as a display, then why haven't I seen one? Then of course maybe the point was that you had to personally visit the museum.

People who were around Memorabilia of C.H.S. and or had a association with the Family in Canada were asked for Private Photo's and or memorabilia which could be purchased for the Use of a museum, which Pre Amplifies the existence of the Internet. I had collected many Photo's of the Oldest Photo's of the Kitchen C.H.S. used and Other Kitchen which he helped set up, from Private collections in Canada and other USA collector's. There have been Photo on the Other forum of the Spices Tin's which have been Mentioned on Many times. The difference is People have snuffed out the Item's and Ken aka Dustin even said they were just Prop's even after I said They Museum was created with Help of Many People who were around the Kitchen's of C.H.S. so the item's are a True reflection of the OLD way C.H.S. had his Kitchen. I Do Not know why you would Have been included in the Set up or display of the Museum unless you had been asked to sell items or donate items to the use of the Museum and To the best Of My knowledge YOUR name was NOT on the List of People to contact for item's or information. I Do know I have collected as many Photo of the original Corbin Cafe' and also the Photo of the kitchen which was digitally enhanced to make similar representation of the Museum. I have also Purchased more then 1000 Old Spice and Herbs Tins over a life time Long before asked If I had specific Tins required for the museum, even collecting many personal documents of C.H.S. personal item's. The other site has many Photo's from the Original Museum which has been changed many times Now BUT Many items still exist from the original set up. I Do Not know why Ken has discredited the original Photo of the Spices in the Museum BUT there was conversation about which spice tins were removed from the museum or relocated. Photos like below

The list above is a Partial list not the complete list.
I Do Not have the complete list available, and just posted what was available for a example.
There is Proof Sage was in C.H.S. Pantry also.

Any recipe without Coriander is going to need something which will bring back in the requisite nuttiness, and likely also the citrus.
Does toasted Yellow Mustard Seed and/or Brown Mustard Seed (80/20) restore the nuttiness (as I began pondering roughly half a year ago)?
Does Sichuan Pepper (being in itself a citrus) restore the Citrus, as I pondered a few months ago?

I wonder who this is directed at, as I didn't see anyone make that claim. If it is "I" then your understanding of English is also broken.
Also, why is this an incomplete list? Where are the other items, or where are the photos that you seem an expert on? WHY CAN'T THE COMPLETE LIST OF ITEMS BE PRODUCED"
Where did Mark, and whoever else on TCK, get the photos they posted on the old forum? So much information; so much uncorroboration.

Agree. I have collected a bunch of the old photos. And yet don’t have any for some of the ingredients you list. Durkee ‘s Cayenne = yes. Cayenne and paprika blend = No.(museum photo) I will continue to sort through when I get a chance and see the delta from this list to the multiple forums pictures.
