I was asked in Private OH NOT on Here Don't get your Panties in a knot it was a Private E-mail, Or can a Person NOT use private E-mail anymore either is that Banned.
The Question ?: Do the Vials Match the 11 Herbs and Spices when I compare Both the 1985 Vial Photo and the The Hand C.H.S. Written Chicken Recipe in Possession written By C.H.S.
I Guess NO matter what Answer I state this Forum will say I'm wrong and have Zero Proof.
Here is a Tip
The 11 Herbs and Spice Vials from A-K DO NOT contain Vegetables Substance it ONLY contains Herbs and Spices
The Original Spices and Herbs were More red color then the Greyish Green of KFC NEW AGE spices
VIAL A : NOT Garlic Powder it’s a Herb or a Spice
VIAL B : NOT Celery Powder Herb or a Spice
VIAL C : Herb or Spice
VIAL D : Sage Powder Herb
VIAL E : Herb or Spice
VIAL F : Mustard Powder Herb
VIAL G : NOT Onion Powder it’s a Herb or Spice
VIAL H : Herb or Spice
VIAL I : Thyme Powder / Herb
VIAL J : Herb or Spice
VIAL K : Oregano Leaves Crushed Herb
This Does NOT mean that Vegetable's are NOT in the Recipe it ONLY means that Vegetable items are NOT secret 11 Ingredient's
KFC Does NOT hide the Ingredients of Milk or Egg Powder from the Ingredients list Provided to FDA or CFIA and they List more then 11 Item's in a Bag Label the Original Seasoning ?
The Original Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning is Red color. the 99x is NOT Red Color.

This teaser is pure chicken spit. So the claim is that celery, sage, mustard, thyme and oregano are definite? Doesn't that violate whatever code of silence you've been following? Of course you pitty pat around onion, so it must be in the OR, huh?

Setting the bait for another “fish on” So deepfriednew101. You have the court case for Lee as you spent the $1100 on it. So you have the details apparently. But Lee was limited to 5 ingredients beyond salt and pepper. True? So if Lee used onion, garlic and celery as the bestest bases of any mix as per the famed Bill Summers. He could use 2 more like sage and thyme. Correct? So at that point did the judge and Corp single out vegetables from spices from herbs or fly poop? Or is it just salt and pepper not included in any limits to the rest of the ingredients? Meaning even then there was no distinction between vegetables or herbs or spices. They were just ingredients.

Judge Kloeb’s order Bars Famous Recipe from using a spice blend that contains more that Five individual Spices, in addition to Salt, Pepper, and Monosodium Glutamate.
Famous Recipe also is Barred from “cooking off” cracklings used in the gravy, and from advertising “Crackling Gravy”
Famous Recipe or ANY OTHER business competitor, also is Barred from using tarragon and tarragon-flavored Vinegar. The Order Does NOT just indicate Tarragon ONLY in Coleslaw it Barred ALL use of Tarragon, it Also limits Competitors to ONLY five other Spices Maximum in Chicken Seasoning for Fried Chicken
What everyone is assuming is That All the parties Did NOT know what Vegetables were ?
The courts have Had it ESTABLISHED since the late 1920's and 1930's Celery, Garlic, Onion ARE VEGETABLES.
I have ALL THE COURT CASES. I have All the transcripts that have been available and Each Document that lawyers were able to Supply, also with approval of the Client's.
NO ONE Had to Single out the Vegetables THEY WERE DISCUSSING SPICES & HERBS. Vegetables ARE NOT SPICES AND HERBS
The Court Case with the Settles The word Ingredient's POPPED UP INGREDIENT"S are different then Individual Spices and Herbs
LET ME ANSWER THIS as simple as I Can answer it
A Hand written recipe of C.H.S. Does NOT have Celery, Garlic, Onions in the 11 Herbs and Spices.
Is it a TRICK QUESTION you list Celery, Garlic, Onions and then say HE COULD USE 2 more items Celery, Garlic, Onions are 3 items ? ? ?
It would be 3 items More NOT 2 Items MORE, as you typed.
Salt and Pepper were common Essential Items they were on the Tables NOT a Pantry Item also.
Salt, Pepper, M.S.G. Tarragon and Tarragon Vinegar, plus Crackling WERE specifically Listed on Pages in the court document's.
What news Paper Articles are missing is the REAL LIFE conversation and the Exchange of paper work which I behold. I have NOT read the Court case for Years as I have Had NO need to read it. The cost for the Document was a LONG time ago and Fee's for Lawyer's to copy item I DID NOT spend the Cash Yesterday to get the Document's. They were all obtained a LONG time Ago. I Do NOT want anyone thinking I just got them Yesterday.

Two questions for deepfriednew101. I expect honest and straight answers, or this was my last engagement with you. If you feel blackmailed by this, fair enough, then please just don't respond and we're done. 1) If Garlic is excluded from the 11 and the vials because it is a vegetable, how can Red Pepper still be in? It is a dried and ground vegetable in a common sense, and more precisely a fruit. Fruit or veggie, it is neither herb nor spice like Garlic according to your strict standard. So fruits are in, veggies not? Any proof for this detailed categorisation, or do you count Red Pepper outside? 2) You said a couple of times now that the "Original Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning" was red. Do you have any visual evidence for this? From my experience, you need a lot of Red Pepper in order to make a seasoning look reddish. In my opinion far too much for fried chicken. It would ruin the note. Also, there is a photo online that looks like an old tin of MK Chicken seasoning. I don't know who the originator was, so sorry if I don't mention you. But it is not red. Not at all.

#1. Making reference to a Marion Kay Tin is NOT making reference to the Marion Kay Chicken seasoning which was Bagged for Colonel Sanders and USE only FOR Colonel Sanders Stores originally NOT the Franchise Stores of NEW AGE. The round Tin's came much later and were already associated to the 99x WHICH is Different then the Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning.
#2. Red Pepper, Tomato, and Other items which are Vegetable Based or Fruit Based DID NOT GET Hard Classed Labeled Like Celery, Garlic, Onion in the late 1920's and 1930's when the Major court cases with Trade tax laws and the FDA or Canada CRA. ALL THE MAJOR court cases spoke to the MOST common Vegetable item List Top 3 ONLY and specified Celery, Garlic, Onion as they were the ONES which were attempting to be IMPORTED into the USA and Canada in the OFF Growing Season of the Countries climates which some court cases spot to, as in Regional Seasonal Items and Garden grown Varity, AKA California Grown was Termed as regional ? So as for WHY Celery, garlic, onion GOT the TITLE and WRAP more then Others it was BECAUSE they were the Hard Core ones being imported, as They were in DEMAND as a Popular Consumer items and That's the Bottom Line.
#3 You are listing Red Pepper as the Major item which may or may not cause the Red BUT your MISSING THE Paprika which was the Major item Linked to the KFC NEW age Oil issue after they changed from the Beef Tallow to other Oils which Turned DARK much quicker and required MUCH more Changes or the Chicken tasted OFF. The KFC bulletins spoke to how and when to change the Oil's and How to maintain Product Quality while they resolved the issue. Look at the Vials IF YOU BELIEVE IN THEM HOW many items have a Red Color ? Indicating more then 1 item.
#4 I posted ON-LINE samples of the Original Marion kay Seasoning Many times and even SOLD some Full Bags in the Past of OLD Marion Kay Seasoning (Which Had ZERO mention on the label of 99x ON THEM and the seasoning Had Visual Red tint)
#5 Photo of such were Also Provided to the Snakes on the Other Forum who DID NOT POST THEM.
#6 They Did have a Old Bag of the NEW AGE K.F.C. which was More Red in color. Dustin AKA Ken had made TONS of comment bout it on the OLD Forum which was closed Down and may be on the Way back machine. Willie would be ONE to remember as He might have been the ONE who also had a OLDER Bag of seasoning which was Red. (PLEASE understand the REAL MORE Red Seasoning was BEFORE the 1985 Time and BY then they were already Using some washed Paprika in the NEW AGE KFC. ( Paprika Extract was also referred to as a Washed Paprika)
#7 Some on the Other Forum ALL claimed they have OLD manuals or Information FROM the 1970's (KEN made reference he had some internal Documents of K.F.C. which mentioned Oil issues of K.F.C. BUT NEVER ONCE POSTED THEM).
#8 Here is a Experiment for YOU?
Take some of the Red ingredient powder Red Pepper, Paprika, Even a Tomato Powder, then add some Black pepper to it. then in a separate experiment use WHITE Pepper and mix it with the Red Ingredient and tumble it for a while. YOU might get a Color change
#9 WHICH Vial if you believe in the Vials Contains WHITE PEPPER ?

What you say is true. Derrick Wilson also concentrated on "vegetables, but he placed them into the vials. He also created more vials to contain other substances. Any way you cut, slice and dice it, there are more than 11 individual elements in the "OR". These vials were the greatest misdirection propagated by the Corporation, but they were done in a way as to avoid fraud.
As I have maintained in the past, if you line up all of the elements in a row that comprise the "OR", it makes no difference which ones would fit the designated, A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K (I still say that using alphabetical letters instead of numbers was to mislead). The whole idea was just to muddy the water. For example, if onion is a major ingredient, whether it is in a vial or not, it still goes into the seasoning.

I only ask this Question ?
Everyone has said that C.H.S. was smart even brilliant He took the Pressure cooker and modified them with NO help so The steam could release quicker then the one valve it originally had which was a slow release.
C.H.S. Took 11 Herbs and Spices (The many was a Lawyer when the Vegetable Court cases were HOT on the Case Files.
C.H.S. would have Known the implication of Advertising the 11 Spices and Herbs if 20% of them were Vegetables
John h Brown when He Bought out with Massey C.H.S. was a LAWYER Do you think He would have Chanced Loosing His investment Because of a SIMPLE WORD in LAW SUIT HAPPY AMERICA. ?
We can leave the Vials out of the equation BUT we CANNOT leave the words 11 Spices and Herbs or 11 Herbs and Spices out of the FACT that it says 11 herbs and Spices. it DOES NOT SAY VEGETABLES
The other Fact also NO where ON THE Original Recipe seasoning Bag Box or Cans has it does it or will it say ONLY CONTAINS 11 Ingredients of HERBS and SPICES ONLY. NOW NEW AE K.F.C. has more chemicals and Additives then 11
