#9 WHICH Vial if you believe in the Vials Contains WHITE PEPPER ? I am pretty sure vial F is Ginger. I don't believe Vial G to be White Pepper. From a visual perspective, Mustard seed seems to match pretty well (see first image). However, I have seen other ingredients of that colour with a grainy texture like Chicken Powder and Fennel Seed (see second image). I would really like to know where the onion and mustard people here place these items in grams.

Ground mustard is more yellow than Jamaican ginger. Vial A could be dehydrated onion, and Vial J could be cracked brown or black mustard seeds. Vials F and G could be garlic and ginger. In reality, I've concluded that salt, msg, white and black pepper, and ginger comprise the majority of the "note". I have no problem being proven wrong, as I do not need my recipe accepted, I just need THE RECIPE.

Yesterday i made some honey chicken. I put a touch of white pepper, garlic powder, touch of soy sauce to marinate the chicken in. Then just a touch of white pepper/garlic powder (pinch) into the batter mixture. Amazing how much flavour i got off just those 3 ingredients. The white pepper came through very strong even tho there was so little of it. This has really made me realize that less is more.
The little nuggets of chicken alone tasted and looked so good. If i had a cafe, i reckon these would sell like crazy. Only 3 flavours and tasted better than most of my recipes i've cooked with over 11 herbs/spices.
