I did the final experiment and the result came out indistinguishable from KFC. It's even better due to greater intensity of the flavor. Can anyone try this and let me know how it turned out? Thanks.
KFC Original Chicken Recipe
Brine 1) 4 Cups of Water 2) A Tbs of Salt 3) A Tbs of Sugar 4) A Tbs of Onion Powder 5) A Tbs of Accent Seasoning
Milk & Egg Wash 1) 2 Cups of Non Fat Skim Milk 2) An Egg
Or
Milk & Egg Mix Mix with seasoned flour 1) 3 1/4 Tsp of Powdered Milk 2) 2 3/8 Tsp of Powdered Egg White
11 Herbs And Spices Mix with 3 Tbs of Salt, 8 1/2 Tsp of Sugar, a Tsp of Accent Seasoning, and 3 3/4 Cups of Wheat Flour 1) 1 1/4 Tsp of Coriander 2) 1/8 Tsp of Cloves 3) 1/8 Tsp of Allspice 4) 7/8 Tsp of Ground Sage 5) 1/2 Tsp of Ground Savory 6) 1 1/4 Tsp of Ground Oregano 7) 1/4 Tsp of Ground Ginger 8) 1/2 Tsp of Garlic Powder 9) 1 1/4 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper 10) 1 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper 11) 2 3/4 Tsp of White Pepper
Cut down the chicken into 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings, 2 ribs, and a breast. Wash and drain about 5 times. Dissolve the given amount of salt, sugar, onion powder, and accent seasoning and brine the chicken for 4-24 hours. Rinse the brined chicken with water once and throw it in milk and egg wash. Completely pulverize all herbs and spices as well as salt and sugar. Blend the given amount of herbs and spices, powdered salt, powdered sugar, and accent seasoning with the given amount of flour. Pressure fry in corn and/or cottonseed oil at 375 F for 10 minutes.

Hey . That's a great recipe I am glad you like it . but it's nowhere near the original recipe , not the aroma or the flavor
. But the Milk & Egg Wash is correct . It's the exact wash colonel used in the early days . and regarding the cottonseed oil . If you mean cottonseed shortening then yes it was the Second phase choice of oil that CHS used .
Happy cooking and researching .

I will give it a Try. I have cooked so many recipes another wing batch never hurts for Happy Hour.
Looking at your recipe and the volume of Spice and Herbs I can already tell it's Going to be WEAK
Volume of Flour to Seasoning is Low (cooked to many lbs. of Chicken in Generation's and made to many lbs. if Sausage to know weight ratio. is OFF)
I break Down ingredients different then many
11) 2 3/4 Tsp of White Pepper 10) 1 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
1) 1 1/4 Tsp of Coriander 9) 1 1/4 Tsp of Cayenne Pepper 6) 1 1/4 Tsp of Ground Oregano
2) 1/8 Tsp of Cloves 3) 1/8 Tsp of Allspice 7) 1/4 Tsp of Ground Ginger 5) 1/2 Tsp of Ground Savory 8) 1/2 Tsp of Garlic Powder 4) 7/8 Tsp of Ground Sage
3 3/4 Cups of Wheat Flour 1) 3 1/4 Tsp of Powdered Milk 2) 2 3/8 Tsp of Powdered Egg White
3 Tbsp. of Salt, 3 Tbsp. of Sugar 1 Tsp of Accent
3 tbsp. Total Spices my math figures at approximately
60 Tablespoons Flour 2 Tablespoon Dry Items Milk Egg Powder, 6.5Tablespoons of Salt, Sugar, Ac'cent, 3 Tablespoon Seasoning
I will start the Mixture at a 2 1/2 four rate to to other ingredients and have a second batch at your exact measurements to compare

That's a whopper load of Oregano. It scales to a full gram in 200 grams of flour. Honestly, I'm hard pressed to detect Oregano in KFC OR. My spot-on (for nearly all practical purposes) Recipe #17 with Cayenne has zero Oregano (either as Oregano, or as Marjoram, or as Mexican Oregano). When I add Mediterranean Oregano it is at 0.15 grams or less. Otherwise it becomes cloying to offensive.
Edit: There is a KFC video that @11serbs posted somewhere on this forum in which a guy is asked to identify ingredients within the KFC OR seasoned flour mix by smell. He takes a whiff, and then starts rattling off ingredients. For each correct answer he gets a rewarding sound, until he says "Oregano", at which point he immediately gets a nasty buzzer sound which signifies that it is game over for him. He was about 4 ingredients in at that point as I recall.
Edit #2: That video would confirm Ginger if it received a rewarding sound...

It was a video made by KFC New Zealand YouTube Called
The Colonel's Secret #9
There are 10 Videos
Your referring to #9
Writing from Video Below:
He states that he can detect Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, and Milk (or a Milk Product). Then he is graded as having identified 4 of 11. So, one of the 5 items he detected is not present. We know that Milk powder is present due to the Powdered Milk and Powdered Egg carton addition.
