I do think that 1.25g Allspice subbing in would be the right number though. Glen's version of Grace's having 1.25g Allspice, 1.25g Coriander and 1g of Ginger. Keeps the weight order he lists and wouldn't off in a 200g flour recipe. A simple 40 ounce bag compliant recipe utilizing Allspice and following along with flg 's quantities while attempting to fill in the blanks. Should some Dextrose be added to the flour for a bit of sweetness?

And a first alternate which may be a bit more 99-X "like" as to ingredient by weight orientation for the primaries. This one looks quite tempting.

The allspice in the two #6's is hopefully accounting for all of the needed Eugenol, plus part of the needed Nutmeg, and all of the (needed or not needed?) Cinnamon.
