I just watched it. The tip about tellicherry pepper was interesting. Very entertaining and interesting watching Todd attempting to crack the recipe.

I just watched it. The tip about tellicherry pepper was interesting. Very entertaining and interesting watching Todd attempting to crack the recipe. He missed the white Pepper but did do a decent job. Was very interesting. I do disagree that you need to pressure cook the chicken to replicate the KFC taste though, to me it only saves you 5 minutes on cooking time. As long as you brine your chicken for 24 hours it will be just as juicy and crispy as KFC frying normally if you follow my recipe. 😜

Ingredients: Brine 8 cups water 1/3 cup salt 1 tablespoon MSG
Dredge 4 eggs 2 cups skim milk

Not Grams or Oz.
