Court Case Information

My Personal contact has blown up regarding the Court Case Paperwork in the last 24 Hours ? 

I Have told EVERYONE this MANY MANY MANY times that there is information in the Court Case Documents.

I was Personally TOLD and BEEN RUN DOWN by MANY people about the comment that Tarragon was used in the Chicken?

Many said NO NO NO the Document does NOT say that Tarragon is in the chicken, and I have SAID THE NEWS ARTICLE implies that there is Tarragon in the Coleslaw.

I TOLD EVERYONE they are ONLY reading 1 perspective from a News Papers Journalist who HAD NO CLUE OF COURT PROCEDING, NEVER REPORTED on COURT items before?

THE WRITER DID NOT UNDERSTAND what the Senior Court Judge said ? OH THE JUDGE Retired the NEXT year after He heard the Motions between K.F.C. and Famous Chicken Lee Cummings. AGE of Retirement he was on the Bench from 1930's.

The Problems are that the writers hear something then try and get a reply for the other side after the court case, sometimes they get comments or they do not or they get Press releases from the P.R. departments who have documents prepared for release BY the Lawyers standard protocol. BUT the Writers NEVER obtained Court paperwork as many did not know how to or that they could ?   


OVER THE PAST 35 Years. I Have Purchased Court Paper work - Photo Copies of EVERY COURT CASE THAT HAS BEEN LISTED where K.F.C. was involved in dispute with ANYONE WHO CROSSED THERE PATH, In the World including the Pat's Famous case vs K.F.C. 

I have BEEN told that you CANNOT get Paperwork from the Cases? 

ANYONE WHO SAYS THIS IS FULL OF CRAP and DOES NOT HAVE A FN CLUE.

I have spent over $ 10, 000.00 Dollars getting the Documents ACCROSS the WORLD. Waited Months and Months to get some Documents, waited for Releases to be obtained.

DO NOT TELL ME IT CANNOT BE DONE ! I HAVE TO MANY YEARS of experience to know what can and cannot be done ? 

I had interviews with the Lawyers when they were alive the Judges and the People Involved. IT CAN BE DONE.

ALL THE CRAP ON THE INTERNET IS Journalist Writing Columns for Press release and Many Hopes it would be Placed on the WIRE for mass release like the Chicago Tribune.


I have TOLD ANY ONE WITH A GRAIN OF SALT - If they Have ANYTHING of value regarding C.H.S. information I trade information BUT I WILL NOT POST or Distribute the COURT PAPER WORK as some states HAVE Laws regarding the Distribution of THE PAPERWORK. THE COURTS OWN AND RETAIN THE PAPERWORK. There is also Some Items where Client solicitor privilege which had to get approval to be released. 

I guess A Lawyer like Willy would Know the ins and Outs of client solicitor privilege's and some state law regarding access to information on court file that are public record?

Was there Thousands of Pages available  previously YES BUT court houses LIKE OTHER corporation's ONLY retain them for limited years before OFFSITE storage and or disposal.
The Same with Lawyers Records ?

I have been told that the court houses Do Not have the Court Cases any longer now ALL have been destroyed due to Time for Holding the Paperwork is Long Past. Most are destroyed after 20 Years 

THE MOST INTERESTING COURT case is FROM Canada where a Person is alleged to have stolen Many recipes from Griffith  Labs ?

Griffith Got a Court Order to search the property to get the information back as they claimed many PRIVATE LABEL Recipes were obtained by theft. 

It's FUNNY the Griffith Claimed the K.F.C. recipe was stolen LMAO - I thought they only had 1 Part of a two part recipe and Strange was the one who mixed both and Distributed it SO WHY WERE THEY PANICED they LOST THE K.F.C. RECIPE ? ? ? LMAO 

I Guess it Proves Griffith has the WHOLE recipe as they Filed a Affidavit saying the K.F.C. Recipe was Stolen, Mc Donald Recipe and Other major Companies Recipes were stolen.?


I have heard Many people say they read the case law and pages of it - I have SAID BS BS BS they only have read the 1 case law printed about Marion Kay 7 pages. THE TOTAL paperwork is NOT available and had NOT been for YEARS. When I spoke to Bill S or Marion Kay he indicated it was going to be used as FIRE STARTER. Bill S of Marion Kay CAHNGED THE 99-X recipe THEY HAD A OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT.

THE FAMILY alive running Marion Kay currently DO NOT have a clue, about the Case they only know the recipe has been the same since the COURT CASE ENDED ?


FYI - there is NO LAW in the world that can force K.F.C. NEW AGE to bring the Original Recipe into a Court House WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A LAWSUIT FOR fraudulent misrepresentation  

The reason KFC. NEW AGE always settled against C.H.S. is HE WAS THE ONLY one who could challenge the ORIGINAL Sale of K.F.C. to Brown and Massey which said they could NOT change the recipe. THEY DID and C.H.S. could prove it. 


 
So YES there is paper work available from court cases.
