I know this Video is More Subject related to Sausage Making BUT it gives a great Teaching of Non Dairy milk Powder that Applies to ANY cooking possibility.
It teaches the difference between High Heat Milk Powder and Low Heat Milk Powder (Small part of video and Label reading)
Hope this helps some people in the education and use of the Powdered Milk.
We use the Milk Powder in Meat Ball Recipes as it makes the Meatballs Extra Moist as a example it can be used for Hamburger patties also
