As everyone Knows KFC almost from the Origin of Brown & Massey Ownership also the other Owners in succession were involved in Many Lawsuits.
CHS was the ONLY one who WON each and EVERY LAWSUIT against the Corporation.
Famous Brand Chicken vs Kentucky Fried Chicken (This case was spoke to in OPEN Public Court before the Judge)
Marion Kay Lost Motions in Court and Lost the Appeal they made then settled out of court (This case had Many Appearance's in OPEN court) Factums and Briefs' were filed by both sides and argued before the Judge).
Tommy & Cherry Settle / KFC obtained a exparte' order to turn the Book over to the Judge in Private Chamber, (The Lawyers for BOTH side attended court and Gave statement from their respective sides Plaintiff & Defendant Civil Court Proceeding) Private Chamber Hearing were held, THE PLAINTIFFS & DEFENDANTS were NOT present at the appearances ONLY the Lawyers, There were Phone communication to Chambers by the Plaintiff and Defendants. The KFC representative's files a Affidavit to obtain the Court Order over to the Judge in Private Chambers.
KFC Lawyers had Affidavit evidence whereby they stated "was NOT the recipe, ONLY a Stuffing recipe"

It was the Same time they HIT Pat Fried Chicken in the UK, and stripped the Kentucky Fried Chicken Name from all of Pat's Locations. They also forced Pat to Modify the Recipe which Pat was using PATS refusal to stop using Spices and Herbs NOT supplied BY KFC NEW age is why they stripped the Kentucky Fried Chicken name from Pat.
KFC was unable to Stop Gloria P as she was Given information from CHS and HE was calling her Radio Spot - She was NOT calling CHS. BUT KFC New AGE Corporation could stop CHS from speaking to Gloria P on the Radio and they DID THAT, CHS was never allowed on The Radio or T.V. with Gloria P. after they settled a Court Case with CHS and paid him 1 Million Dollars BUT they had a CONTRACT for his appearances as CHS and they SAID NO MORE speaking on Air with Gloria P. unless approved BY Corporation which it never was.

CHS needed Winston to Have Multiple Cooking Methods and a Automated was to use 2 temperatures for cooking WHICH was then changed in the Control panels. CHS was the one who hired Winston to design the Old bakery proofing cabinets to make the Cvap Machines. NOT KFC NEW AGE CORPORATION so Winston owed CHS a gratitude of respect. Winston was Never sue by KFC.
