Ukraine and Russia

As the world Knows situation are happening in other countries Like Ukraine and Russia as a example  Which I'm NOT discussion with the exception that Due to the issues there are MANY Families and From Both countries relocating to Canada and other parts of the World,  Currently We have been asked to help employ New Families' to Canada.

For cooking 600 g of wings



Marinade:



1. 0.5 tsp. sweet hot red pepper

2. 0.5 tsp black pepper

3. 0.5 tsp. ginger

4. 1 tsp. paprika

5. 1.5 tsp. salt

6. 1 tbsp. olive oil

7. 1 tbsp. water



Breading:

1. 200 gr flour

2. 1 tsp. salt

3. 3 tsp. paprika


The chicken is Marinade in the first part then Rolled in Flour. then Dipped into Water and then Placed into the Breading and fried.

They say this Cooks a similar KFC chicken they are use to ?

we have been asked to Make this for them and compare it to the Canadian KFC. 

I have Agree to make it BUT not until we are going to change our OIL as the Heavy paprika will change our existing OIL similar to the ISSUE KFC NEW AGE had in the 1970's
