Tamam Sage Leaves In 4 Decades of Buying spices and using spices I have NEVER been put on my A** like this before we are having Spice shortages from Spice Wholesaler and Butcher Supply Wholesale. We ran out of Sage so Attended a Super Store Canada Store and they had a Brand never heard about BUT needed the Sage and They Had Sage Leaves which were cheap $ 3.15 CAN. The stuff was so Powerful it and I broke my rule of testing the item (I DID NOT TEST IT) it was so Powerful it Put me on my A** when I tasted the Gravy. Over powdered MASSIVE. BUT the Unreal Great Astounding flavor HIT so hard you knew that it's 1000% in KFC The Smell and the Aroma plus FLAVOR. To fix the Screw up I learned that this HIGH QUALITY of a Item ONLY needed 25% of ANY OTHER sage we purchase. Unreal product and Flavor like NO OTHER we have had

Honestly, I've found that to get the proper kick out of sage, say in turkey dressing, you have to use a lot of it.

I would agree with using lots of Sage and Marjoram in the Turkey Stuffing aka Dressing
This Sage I would NOT say to use lots Because its Over powering BUT a Nice amount would kick it just right.

I haven't found any sage as strong as what I grew. I harvested one plant for 5 to 6 years, before I became careless. You still must water during the winter.
