With the Help and Advice from Durkee's and a Third party R&D Food Spice Company
They have disclosed information which we have sourced back to 1920 and Matches a comment CHS referenced in relationship to Dressing & Sausage
CHS trade words were NOT his OWN they came from a Spice and Herb Company who was making Sausage Seasoning which was Promoted to be used in Stuffing also.
We reached out to the Top Sausage Binder Company and Spice and Herb supplier to Butchers.
when we spoke to them They confirmed the Information which we uncovered

What Spices, Herbs, Vegetable are used as a Carrier or Fine Spices or Herbs or the extracts to retain the Flavor and Aroma of Fine Herbs or Spices which are LOST WHEN HEATED AND THERE OILS ARE VOLITED OUT ?
