Based on the research JWOZ did and the labeling of the product. And some work I had done on Sexton's Poultry seasoning. This is my interpretation of the current 99x. Rounded up for ease of interpretation. MSG 9g White Pepper 6g Black Pepper 3g Salt 5.4g Sage .5g Coriander .3g Allspice .15g Jamaican Ginger .15g Thyme .15g Marjoram .125g Savory .125g cayenne .1g Totals: 25g OK, but if you were going to design a 99-X-Like 25 ounce recipe, without analytical concern, what might it look like (presuming that your intent was to actually use it).

If I was going to make 99x of old. Knowing that there was less salt. Most likely around 2.6g (oz). I would be taking 2.8g of salt away today and replacing it with 1g of coriander, 1 gram sage, .8g Ginger (rounding applies as before) So know I have:
yesteryear 99x:
MSG 9g White Pepper 6g Black Pepper 3g Salt 2.6g Sage 1.5g Coriander 1.3g Allspice .15g Jamaican Ginger .95g Thyme .15g Marjoram .125g Savory .125g cayenne .1g
Totals: 25g

I can't edit. Re-written to set order and cleanup a tad.
MSG 9g White Pepper 6g Black Pepper 3g Salt 2.6g Sage 1.5g Coriander 1.25g Jamaican Ginger 1g Allspice .15g Thyme .15g Marjoram .125g Savory .125g cayenne .1g
Totals: 25g
The 1g (oz) between this and the 26oz compliant bag. May contain; garlic, onion, fennel/anise/star anise, nutmeg/mace and or cinnamon and or more allspice. I think there is enough room to get these pieces included in the missing 1g (oz).
