Blended Spices 11 plus or more then 11 Ingredient

We were asked can we do a ALL blended Spice version of KFC original 

We Did do a similar attempt Prior to Covid and got derailed during covid.

We are going to Work on another attempt 




Brine



1 tsp Salt

½ tsp White Pepper

½ Ginger

2 tsp. Pickle Spice



Spice Blend

2 tsp Peppercorn Melody ground ½ fine ½ Butcher grind



1/4 tsp. Curry powder

1 tsp. Herb Blend

2 tsp. Barbecue Spice 
3 tsp. Seasoned Salt

3 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
Brine


Version 2 


1 tsp Salt
½ Ginger

2 tsp. Pickle Spice

1 tsp. Curing Agent / Meat Tenderizer 


Spice Blend

1 tsp White pepper 
2 tsp Peppercorn Melody ground ½ fine ½ Butcher grind



1/4 tsp. Curry powder

1 tsp. Herb Blend

2 tsp. Ketchup Spice

3 tsp. Seasoned Salt

3 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
