I was asked in Private WHY DO I ALWAYS SUGGEST CHICKEN WINGS FOR THE FIRST TEST of new Recipes.

CHS Loved the CHICKEN WINGS as his Favorite Chicken  Piece to Eat. He cooked it as the First Batch for US ALL the time. He said it is a quick cook and small piece people can nibble on and it retains the Coating better on a smaller piece and will always be juicy, Plus it can retain more coating when the Flour is pushed into the wings in the Lug when breading causing the Corn flake texture which gives Great appearance and flavor.

We find you can always find chicken wings on sale at suppliers also and a Family size portion of wholesale case is cheap and a Quick Snack when cooking Large Batches 


This summer we catered many events and The Big Hit for ALL functions was serving Salads and each Table Got Baskets of Chicken Wings at the same time, before the Main Coarse. In a Life time of Catering This was the Largest Game changer we made for Social functions and one of the largest talked about things from the People Attending that the Chicken wings with salad were a HIT. 

So my answer is its always a Hit before eating the Chicken  and it always settles the Kids at our Family functions WAIT it settles the OLD FOLKS also
