I was asked to Comment on KFC Amounts used for Flour and Spice ETC.
I can explain it in 2 Ways It Depends on the Store Size.
Smaller Locations Malls or Satellite location and Smaller size Stores Typically Older Ones Were Much Smaller in Size and Limited to Cooking Space and Storage space.
which Means they Have smaller Equipment Typically and Mixing Station. Plus the Volume they cook is Less then a Larger Store. In the Old Days Franchise Owners were Given Special deals to open Satellite locations and Franchise FEE for those Location were Minimal compared to a FULL Store Franchise.
