So the breading does have maltodextrin.
And it also has something referred to as a modified food starch.
And in addition to the secret recipe seasoning, something extra that is referred to only as "natural flavor".

Modified Food Starch is typically a way to say corn starch with extracts added to it, which they can also label as Natural Flavor.
in either even they use corn starch, Yeast, and other floured style products which are sprayed with liquid extract, for Aroma and Flavor.
The extracts can be applied to any carrier base (corn starch, yeast, etc) but must stay under 15% of total weight. They DO NOT have to list the extract as a individual item on the Labels then. Mustard has commonly been added to the corn starch, Vanilla Liquid, Soya Sause, Maple extra, Horse radish, plus many other items.
They can use more then 1 carrier if they was a 30% amount they would use a combination added 15% to the first base and then a 15% to a second base but because its hidden under 2 base compounds its hidden.
