And this, is what I think:  If you can guess what the spice is pictured in the inset photo, then you know what is in vial H. Hint: It is the spice part of the ingredient in my last recipe that is not identified in this photo. There is documented evidence as to the identification of 8 of the ingredients, as far as I'm concerned, I've identified all 11! |

I literally joined just to add this as I think it might be key. H... Ancho Chili
I... Rosemary
J... Red Pepper
K... Black Pepper
I will experiment with the above list later this week or next time I go grocery shopping. 😁🤞 finger's crossed!
