I was having a lot of thoughts about vial C. I somehow think it's garlic but on the other hand it seems like vanilla spice. Some people think vial I is thyme but I don't believe so because the color is too deep, so it's likely to be marjoram. Thyme is about the same as savory which is vial B so there's no reason to include both. Vial A is more likely to be nutmeg due to its depths of color and it brings closer deal in terms of taste. Now I'm starting to have a doubt whether coriander is included. Vial K is clearly black pepper but I don't know why some people claim it's cardamom. Vial G is probably white pepper. Vial H seems like allspice but I somehow think it could be cardamom.

And some don't believe those vials are an authentic representation of the secret original recipe of Colonel Sanders.

Agree.
As I have said multiple times. You have a "secret" recipe that is guarded in safes. Only 1 or 2 people at a time know what the full recipe is (according to KFC). You make billions off the folk lore. So you show and let them be photographed all in a nice display case?
I think not!

I further believe that CHS likely took the "original" Original Recipe (as "fixed" by CHS, circa 1939, 1940) with him to the grave, and no one (including KFC) knows it. And this is why I believe the vials are useless.

He used what he had on hand to create his fried chicken. Most likely it was 90% like all other southern fried chicken recipes. And it used things like premixed seasonings etc.
In my opinion his stood out because of his use of Salt and Pepper and MSG.

I don't believe CHS used MSG. In a video, he mentions salt, flour, and herbs and spices excluding MSG.

KFC never really Promoted the use of MSG BUT they did print it in many Leaflets Openly promoting MSG would be kin to advocating for corporate suicide. The average Joe or Josette thinks of MSG as a poison.

You Must remember KFC was using MSG LONG before the Chinese food syndrome issue ever took off.
KFC was using the MSG for 11 years FULL time prior to the Chinese syndrome in 1966
Cambell's and Others were using MSG from the 1940's at higher rates then ANY Chinese food location
