Per Wikipedia:
Limonene is a colorless liquid aliphatic hydrocarbon classified as a cyclic monoterpene, and is the major component in the oil of citrus fruit peels.
My take is that if citrus is of benefit to achieving the flavor/note of KFC, then Celery Seed at some critical level should have the citrus 'group' well covered.
