I reviewed the chemical analysis of KFC again today, and made a discovery. Carvacrol, the single ingredient which gives all varieties of Oregano their Oregano_like taste, was not detected.
It says there is no sage, nutmeg, marjoram. 100% marjoram or oregano is in the recipe so if that analysis is saying they aren't present i don't think it is very accurate.
