I have sent out Letters to The Top 5 Chicken Deep Frying Corporations asking R&D and Health Question ?
What amount of MSG They have in there Chicken Pieces?
BUT WHAT WAS MOST interesting of ALL 2 commented that MSG is a Natural item in certain Vegetable and it becomes hard to determine real amount. They use les MSG then SALT.
1 commented Mint is used in Chicken and NEVER listed ? it also when mixed with Other spices can cool or slow the release of the other spice Oils ? ? ? WHO would have GUESSED its also a Natural Seasoning
I also enquired about Mustard or Celery and Allergies ?
2 have said that if they list Natural Seasoning in the Ingredients and if its listed then Items Like Mustard and Celery Can be in the Receipt's and listed as a NATURE SEASONING and or ANY of the 10 Allergens That are outlined DO HAVE TO BE INDIVIDUALLY LISTED
"If a natural flavoring contains one of the Ten priority allergens we include this in the ingredient list on the product NATURAL FLAVORING"
Dried Garlic adds Flavor Dried onions for Base Flavor Celery adds Savory and Flavor "terpenes" Milk Powder can give a Umami MSG style flavor Yeast, Yeast Extract, Autolyzed Yeast They say Adds some of the HIGHEST FLAVOR ?
