Can I make a recommendation to ANY ONE who attends a KFC Corporate Store World Wide.
Please understand there are 2 types of Stores Branded By KFC Logo
FRANCHISE Owned stores which are owned by KFC Corporation
Private Owned stores which are owned By Private Family or Private Own Organization NOT Owned By KFC Corporation By the Private owned ARE FRANCHISED.
There are Differences in the way the Stores Run BUT ALL are wearing the same LOGO.
You would Think there there would be NO Difference in OPERATION BUT there is. The Stores Owned BY CORPORATE and RUN BY THE BOOK and FOLLOW. the Rules 100% of the Corporate, Guidelines.
The Private Owned stores are run By another RULE called PROFIT. Yes they are mandated to run the stores like a corporate store BUT when Profit over loss becomes a situation some RULES get throw out the window.
NOW one may think OH well this only happened after Massey and Brown took OVER.
NAY NAY I SAY it happen even when CHS Owned only had 100 Franchise stores.
CHS on More then 1 occasion Walked into a FRANCHISE STORE and Took the Pressure Cookers and Seasoning Out of the Store and Loaded it into his Truck or Car and left the Franchises Owner without a method to cook the KFC Chicken.
CHS had more then one occasion where Franchise owned were Mixing the Seasoning with Less Spices and Salt then required, They were also Cooking other items in the Pressure Cooker and NOT changing the Oil as regular as required. Others were also Holding over Side Dishes More Days then He Told them to Keep the Side Dishes. ALL OF THESE created a POOR Quality Food. which CHS said he would NOT feed his DOG.
THE NEXT TIME you attend ANY STORE ask these questions.
How Long ago was the Chicken Cooked ?
When was the Oil Changed.
Was the Seasoned Flour Sifted Before the Last Batch of Chicken was Cooked?
THE STORE MUST answer these questions to ANY customer. NOW problem 1 the person you may be asking MAY or MAY NOT know anything BUT they should have been trained to ASK the BACK Staff.
I have Cooked so Much Chicken that when I open any Chicken that Staff presents as a Order. I can immediately Tell How long approximately the been in a Cvap Oven.
I can tell OLD OIL.
I can tell Chicken that was NOT sifted in the Proper sequence, or Over used Seasoned Flour. NO BLACK FLECKS in the cooked Chicken
YOU as A Paying Customer of the BRAND KFC can ask questions.
ask the Manage these questions. Its your Rights as a Customer to Know. IF the Product you have been served i under your Standard ask for the meal to be replaced with FRESH food or your MONEY BACK. WHEN I was on the Floors and in the Private Owned Stores I would NEVER EVER refuse a Customer the replacement of the Food or the MONEY back WHY because if you DO NOT that is a MAJOR FRANCHISE violation of Franchise Contract. AND CHS would have removed then Pressure Pots if they were NOT bolted to the FLOOR. NEW MACHINES.
Mandate of KFC if your are NOT satisfied with what your have been served it will be replaced or Money Back the Customer Option
KFC chicken Quality was a Tradition when CHS owned the Stores
