By my purely initial guess a (by weight) mixture of about 40% Salt, 40% Black Pepper, And 20% homemade Lemon Powder might make for a zesty "Lemon Pepper" spice blend that is completely natural and not loaded with synthetic stuff as for many commercial 'Lemon Pepper' blends. YMMV
