Nutmeg

Yesterday I ate scrambled eggs with Mace for breakfast.  This morning it was scrambled eggs with Nutmeg.  I tried to visually add roughly an equal amount of Nutmeg as for Mace.  The flavor was mildly similar, sans for no dominating pepper flavor.  By my guess I may have needed to 'at least' quadruple the weight of added Nutmeg whereby to achieve the flavor intensity of Mace.  That said, the Nutmeg scrambled eggs were much better tasting overall.
