Sausage Recipe 1930's and earlier.
1930 Sausage Recipe
6Lbs Ground Beef or Pork
2.5 Tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoon White Pepper
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Marjoram
2.5 teaspoon Mace
1.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
1.5 teaspoon Ginger
.5 teaspoon Caraway Seed
1 ¼ Milk Chilled
1 ¼ Powdered Milk / Binder
3 Eggs
This is a Heritage Long Sausage Making Recipe that We MAKE this still in 2022 and have some in the smokers today.
It has a UNREAL AROMA in the smoker.
Many have commented it has KFC under tones ?
